What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, avatar), assessment inputs (occupation, duties, sliders), the "Life Brief" you write, and derived scores and roadmaps we generate for you. Payment records store only order and payment IDs — we never see or store card numbers.
How we use it
- ▸ To generate your personalized score, roadmap, and career tools.
- ▸ To personalise AI responses using your Life Brief as context.
- ▸ To operate billing, credits, and subscriptions.
- ▸ To improve the product in aggregate. We do not sell your data.
AI processing
Assessment and chat inputs are sent to third-party language-model providers strictly to generate your response. Providers process inputs under their own privacy terms and do not retain them for training on your behalf.
Reviews
Anything you post to the public Reviews page is visible to everyone. Do not include private information there.
Data controls
You can edit your Life Brief and profile at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data by emailing hello@humantailai.com. We retain payment records as required by applicable tax law.
Security
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with row-level access controls. Access to your data is scoped to your authenticated session.
